Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive financial performance across our Arkansas venues. You will partner with the General Manager to mentor staff, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional service in an upscale setting.

You'll champion staff development, foster community partnerships with local vendors, and uphold brand standards across menus and service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant management, upscale environment preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to meet goals.
• Strong operations skills: inventory, cost control, menu development.

Requirements for Success:

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in an upscale environment.
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and community partners.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
