Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Alexandria, VA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, guest experiences, and team performance in our upscale restaurant.

You will collaborate with the General Manager on finances, staff development, inventory control, and menu execution while upholding the brand's standards and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in an upscale environment.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve goals.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with guests, team members, and partners.
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
