Moby Dick House of Kabob is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, develop teams, and drive restaurant success. Work alongside the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, train and inspire team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in growing Sales using Local Restaurant Marketing
• Assist the GM with identifying and grooming talent in your store using Moby Dick Development tools
• Take on an area of responsibility (People, Product, or Place) to assist your GM with running the store.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance (R&M) is up to date in your store
• Assist the GM with controlling costs. (Cost of Goods Sold, Labor, Supplies, etc.)
• Ensure guest satisfaction is top-notch at your store. Achieving and maintaining an average rating of 4.5 star reviews on Google, Yelp & any other prominent site
• Ensure the culture in your store represents Moby Dick’s Values
• Assist your GM with hiring, firing & rate changes for your store

Schedule Expectations

• Minimum of 50 hours per week over a minimum of 5 days. Must include at least one weekend day per week.
• Schedule will fluctuate depending on the needs of the business. As an AGM, you are expected to be available in times of need. Work with your General Manager (GM) & Area Director (AD) to ensure your store is running as smoothly as possible.
