Job summary

Fluence Energy, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Counsel with 6-8 years of experience to join its in-house legal team in Alpharetta, GA. You will advise on securities offerings, SEC reporting and disclosure, and corporate finance matters, coordinating with senior management, the board, lenders, and cross-functional teams.

The role covers capital markets, credit facilities, governance, and strategic transactions, with hybrid work options and collaboration across a global organization.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership.
• Significant experience in SEC reporting and disclosures for public companies.
• Hands-on capital markets experience including debt/equity offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead on SEC reporting, 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings and AGM planning.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations on earnings releases and disclosures.
• Assist with capital markets transactions and debt financing.
• Negotiate credit facilities and related finance documents.
• Support corporate governance, M&A, and entity management as needed.
