We represent a global Property & Casualty Insurance Company looking to hire an attorney with a Minimum of 8 years of insurance regulatory and transactional law experience gained at a law firm, insurance company, and/or state insurance department; property and casualty insurance experience strongly preferred

The Assistant General Counsel - Insurance Regulatory and Transactional Support will provide senior-level legal and regulatory counsel to support to the property and casualty insurance company's U.S. domestic insurance regulatory function, and will support transactional, corporate, regulatory and licensing matters affecting the organization's U.S. insurance operations.
