Responsibilities include building relationships with families, developing referral networks, coaching staff on service standards, and ensuring smooth workflow to support families during difficult times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience; funeral profession preferred but not required.
• Experience supervising teams or managing office operations is highly valuable
• Excellent customer relations and a natural desire to help others
• Professional communication and effective leadership skills
