Job summary

Epicurean Hotel Atlanta seeks an energetic Assistant Front Office Manager for the PM shift to support the Sr. Rooms Operations Manager in daily front desk operations. You will supervise front desk, guest services, and valet while coaching staff and driving guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality-focused associate degree and at least two years of front desk leadership. OPERA PMS experience and strong Microsoft Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred in hospitality management.
  • Two years of hotel front desk management experience required.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong front desk presence and coach agents.
  • Handle guest complaints and manage duties as Manager on Duty.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and align with management on priorities.
  • Enforce asset control, VIP notes, and Guest Recovery procedures.
  • Greet guests, fulfill special requests, and escort guests to rooms.
  • Oversee reservations, monitor no-shows, and upsell to optimize revenue.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise front office staff and ensure policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping for seamless service.

If you share our passion, we would love to cook with you and add your special ingredients to our recipe.Overview of the roleThe Assistant Front Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Sr. Rooms Operations Manager by overseeing daily Front Office operations.
