Job summary

Epicurean Hotel seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, manage check-in/check-out, and act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager. You will champion guest satisfaction, safety, and a high standard of service across the lobby and front desk teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in front desk management, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in hotel software and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Two years of hotel front desk management experience.
  • Exceptional customer service with a guest-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations, front desk, and guest services.
  • Knowledge of safety and security procedures in a hotel environment is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations.
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
  • Monitor and manage guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of the front desk and lobby areas.
