The beautiful, family-friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead their guest services team!
This role reports directly to the Director of Front Office and will oversee 3-4 Guest Service Agents and 1-2 Bellpersons per shift. Responsibilities include managing daily shift functions, coordinating with the pre-arrival team, assisting with guest service recovery, and supporting scheduling and payroll duties.
Ideal candidates will have previous front office leadership experience, preferably at a large resort-style property, Hilton experience is highly preferred, along with flexibility, OnQ system knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.
Shift Pattern: Typically, PM shifts with 2 overnight relief shifts; open availability is required.
