Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office with a service-driven mindset. You will monitor room status, coordinate blocking, and act as a service champion to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, staff coaching, and effective communication across departments. The position is on-site in a hospitality setting, with duties that include scheduling, budget awareness, and ensuring prompt, courteous service to guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in a similar leadership role.
• High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily status of rooms, rates, discount rates and packages.
• Maintains current list of available rooms for walk situations.
• Coordinates blocking of rooms.
• Acts as the Service Champion for the Front Office and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
• Ensures recognition of employees across areas of responsibility.
• Hires, coaches and disciplines direct reports.
• Interacts positively and professionally with guests to resolve issues.
