A leading hospitality organization is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee guest experiences and manage Front Office operations. The ideal candidate will have previous luxury hotel experience and a passion for providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include training staff, managing guest communication, and maintaining operational standards. This role requires flexibility in scheduling as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities, making it essential for maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Front Office Manager to oversee all areas of operation relating to the guest experience; all aspects of the Omni Select Guest Program; all systems and control aspects of the Front Office; and the development of all Front Office associates. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and overnights.
