Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, managing staff, and ensuring adherence to procedures and policies. This position primarily works evening shifts to ensure managerial coverage during that time. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute significantly to the success of our beautiful property.

Qualifications
  1. Prefer 1+ year of departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
  2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in front office operations, guest services, or related hospitality roles
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hotel property management systems
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally
  5. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with keen attention to detail
  6. Prior cash handling experience necessary
