Essential Job Functions
  1. Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to meet brand and hotel standards.
  2. Oversee front office operations in the absence of the manager.
  3. Improve guest satisfaction scores.
  4. Monitor financial operations and ensure compliance with controls and procedures.
  5. Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  6. Manage capital budget items.
  7. Review guest correspondence and incident logs.
  8. Maintain front office supplies and inventory.
  9. Coordinate with sales for group reservations.
  10. Monitor guest room occupancy and minimize overbooking.
  11. Follow sustainability guidelines (EarthView).
  12. Practice safety protocols and follow OSHA standards.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years hospitality experience, including front desk operations.
Work Environment
  • Variable schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and other physical activities.
