Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or education in mechanics/engineering are a plus.
• Prior experience with mechanical, maintenance, or related roles including bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, and restoration equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic interfaces.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist and lead system mobilization and decommissioning of pumping, power, HVAC, and energy systems.
• Participate in emergency and disaster response activities.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with company policies on all tasks.
• Coordinate with project leads to monitor timelines and resource allocation.
• Ensure equipment runs efficiently to deliver profitable projects and client satisfaction.
