Job summary

Dbsrepair is seeking an Assistant Foreman in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This position offers an opportunity to co-lead a small construction team and transport materials while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license and the physical capability to handle construction tasks. Training will be provided for those without prior construction experience.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Physical capability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead a construction team of 1-2 other members.
• Load and transport materials, tools, and equipment for each project.
• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Install each job using company-approved methods.
• Provide customers with an exceptional 'WOW!' experience.
