What You’ll Do:

• Co‑lead a construction team of 1–2 other members.
• Load and transport materials, tools, and equipment for each project.
• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Install each job using company‑approved methods.
• Provide customers with an exceptional "WOW!" experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Construction experience preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidate!
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Physical capability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
