Assistant Foreman at DBS. We are a regional leader in waterproofing, basement, foundation & crawl space repair, concrete lifting & leveling, basement finishing, and insulation. The role supports project execution and team leadership on construction projects.

What You’ll Do

• Co-lead a construction team of 1-2 other members
• Load and transport materials, tools, and equipment for each project
• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment
• Install each job using company-approved methods
• Provide customers with an exceptional “WOW!” experience

What We’re Looking For

• Construction experience preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidate
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to travel as needed
• Physical capability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary
