Job description

Groundworks is North America's leading foundation repair and water management specialist. We are looking for a Foreman to lead our team and help protect, repair, and improve customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market/area
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed
• Assess job site conditions; develop work plans based on time, tools, and order of work
• Assign duties to crew and supervise installation of products and services
• Innovate and troubleshoot to meet company standards and timetables
• Provide customers with superior quality and service while onsite
• Ensure all final documentation is completed accurately and submitted to the proper parties
• Drive the company‑provided vehicle to and from job sites daily

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player
• Experience leading crews or small teams
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
• Valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license
• Experience entering crawl spaces and other confined areas
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Physical Requirements

• Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and perform strenuous physical labor
• Walk, stand, and lift/pull/carry loads for long periods
• Exhibit good manual dexterity and multi‑limb coordination
• Require excellent stamina and ability to read reports and data on computer screens

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay plus bonus paid per job (average $92k/year).
