Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor's/Business degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of related management experience required.
• Food Safety Certification a plus.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; work well as a team leader; problem solve.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively assists customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall unit operations, planning and developing daily operations; forecasting and analyzing sales, labor and profit; ensure budget compliance; scheduling and supervising.
• Assist in recruiting, supervising, training, scheduling, disciplining, reviewing, and directing staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reporting, cash control, and assist in managing P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facility environment and ensure sanitation, equipment upkeep, and hygiene standards.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, associates, and vendors.
• Perform unit opening and/or closing procedures.
