The Alida Hotel in Savannah, GA is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will develop and motivate your team, ensure smooth service, and manage payroll and scheduling while upholding Southern hospitality standards.

As a Food & Beverage leader, you will hire, train, and develop staff, coordinate inventory, and collaborate with leadership to maintain a high-energy, guest-centric environment.

This leader possesses the ability to inspire staff, encourage teamwork and achieve the collective goals of the Food and Beverage outlets. Your primary role is to oversee and support the front of house operations, develop, and motivate your team members and deliver an enjoyable dining experience for all.

Requested Tasks:

• Ensure that service is running effectively and smoothly

• Prior experience as Food & Beverage leader preferred.
