Job summary

American Golf Corporation in Naples, FL seeks an F&B Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, including restaurant, bar, snack bar, and catering spaces. This on-site, hourly role combines coaching with hands-on leadership to drive service quality and revenue.

Qualifications

  • ServeSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Support the delivery of exceptional service and product quality across all F&B areas, including restaurants, bar/lounge, snack bar, beverage carts, catering, and banquet facilities.
  • Assist with monitoring F&B performance, including sales trends, cost awareness, waste reduction, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Help onboard, train, support, and guide team members; reinforce performance standards and assist in corrective coaching when needed.
  • Promote safe work practices in compliance with company policies, health codes, and proper equipment handling.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership team on menu execution, guest feedback, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Foster a positive team environment by addressing challenges constructively, encouraging diverse viewpoints, and promoting healthy collaboration across departments.
  • Uphold service, sanitation, and productivity standards to ensure consistent guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Job Purpose

The F&B Manager plays a key role in supporting daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets. This position ensures high-quality service, smooth execution, and consistent operational standards throughout the restaurant, bar, snack bar, on-course services, and event/catering spaces. This role is hourly but functions as an on-the-floor leader: coaching staff, maintaining standards, and reinforcing operational excellence that drives revenue and guest satisfaction.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and motivate a diverse team.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Working Conditions
  • Schedule varies based on business needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Regular movement throughout the venue is required, including time spent at the host stand, bar, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Extended periods of standing and walking are common during shifts.
  • Duties may include reaching, bending, lifting, or carrying items up to 30–50 pounds (such as trays, racks, boxes, or bar supplies).
  • May occasionally assist with resetting tables, moving furniture, or supporting team needs during peak service.
  • Vision requirements may include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
  • Work environment may involve exposure to loud noise levels, cleaning products, hot or cold food and beverage items, and fast-paced conditions.
