Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Non-entry-level position; previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Foam Cutter Machine Operator with daily production activities.
• Learn to size, shape, and cut foam blocks and sheets to specifications.
• Support machine setup, operation, and material handling.
• Load and unload foam materials for processing.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
• Train to become a Foam Cutter Machine Operator upon onboarding completion.
