Qualifications

• Experience training team members.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and shrink prevention.
• Knowledge of safety SOPs and HACCP guidelines.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment as required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is out for sale and maintained with freshness standards per HACCP guidelines.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Communicate with customers and team; assist with questions and requests.
• Operate equipment safely according to OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with product presentation, rotation, labeling, and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper stocking.
