Job summary

Direct Customer Solutions (DCS) is seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee AP/AR, internal controls, and audit documentation. You will collaborate with the Senior Controller to complete audits, month-end close, and client invoicing.

The role requires strong leadership of the finance team, attention to regulatory compliance, and the ability to manage cash flow and reconciliations across locations. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes; maintain internal controls.
• Collaborate with senior controller to complete audits, month-end close, and client invoicing.
• Maintain documentation for audit purposes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Perform ledger reconciliations and support external auditors as needed.
• Lead and develop the finance/accounting team and drive process improvements.
