Job Summary

Assist the Controller with firmwide finance, accounting and various operational activities, including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Management reporting
• Multiple US and UK entity audits as well as consolidated audit
• US and UK payroll and accounts payable
• US and UK regulatory reports
• US and UK tax filings and Partner tax estimates
• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Cash management
• Review of monthly Concur T&E reports
• Net capital calculations
• Coordinate with finance-related third‑party vendors: bookkeepers, auditors, tax advisors, payroll
• Complete ad hoc accounting, finance and operations requests and special projects

Requirements

• 6-12 years of public/private accounting with strong technical US GAAP and International Statutory Reporting frameworks
• SAP experience is strongly preferred
