Qualifications

• NMLS licensing registration after employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Financial Center Manager in hiring, scheduling, coaching, and training of branch staff.
• Demonstrate knowledge of retail roles and oversee staff to ensure compliant branch processes.
• Lead needs-based customer engagements and outbound calling to present valued solutions.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and coach staff to sell and handle loans effectively.
• Grow small business banking relationships through outside sales and partnerships.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and perform regular branch audits and compliance tasks.
