Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager II in Kingston, TN to lead a banking center with a consultative approach. You will supervise, develop staff, and drive revenue, loan and deposit growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will recruit and coach associates, manage operations, and build relationships with small businesses and partners to expand community banking impact.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; BS/BA preferred or equivalent work experience
• Two to four years of management experience
• Must obtain an NMLS license after employment
• Strong leadership and sales skills; excellent customer service
