PenFed is hiring an Assistant Financial Center Manager to work onsite at our King Farm branch located in Rockville, Maryland. The primary purpose of this job is to support the leadership management of the Financial Center Manager. The incumbent will provide teammate oversight through both coaching and the development of teammates. In addition, this position will provide co-leadership in achieving the Financial Center goals around sales productivity, member experience, and operational soundness.

This position will directly supervise employees.
There are no additional licenses and/or certifications required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.
Ability to travel to various worksites due to coverage needs is required.
