Position Overview

We are hiring an Assistant Financial Center Manager to join our OCNJ Team.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Financial Center Manager in leading sales, service, management, and audit functions for the designated Financial Center.
  2. Provide quality customer service and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures related to deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, cash handling, and security operations.
  3. Typically have three or more years of consumer banking experience.
  4. Operate under the supervision of the Financial Service Center Manager.
Branch Hours
  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm (2-3 per month between Memorial Day - Labor Day)
Position Includes
  • Work with the Branch Manager to grow revenue
  • Motivate and coach staff to achieve goals
  • Develop sales and acquisition strategies
  • Build relationships with partners
  • Coach staff for career growth
  • Participate in business development
  • Perform teller duties when needed
  • Resolve customer challenges
  • Ensure policy and regulatory compliance
  • Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • NMLS registration within regulated guidelines
  • Proven sales results
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Leadership and supervisory experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Ability to coach staff and manage deadlines
  • Community involvement
  • Professional appearance
  • Completion of Univest Leadership Program within 12 months
Wage Range

Starting at $55,000.00 annually.
