Working alongside the Facility Manager, you'll help oversee the day‑to‑day operations of 100 state buildings, ensuring every detail—from maintenance coordination to vendor management—runs seamlessly. This position puts you at the heart of our facilities team, where you'll balance technical expertise with strong relationship‑building skills to support our clients’ operational goals.

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid; in‑office and remote; 25 to 30% travel within the State of Tennessee)
Work Environment:

Estimated compensation for this position: 70,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
