Job Description

Are you someone who enjoys a mix of office work, hands-on tasks, and helping people?

We're looking for a well-rounded Assistant Manager to join our team—someone who can provide excellent customer service, support daily operations, and help keep our facility in top shape.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Service & Sales
  • Build strong relationships with new and returning clients by understanding their storage needs and helping them find the best solution.
  • Guide clients through the rental process with clarity and professionalism.
  • Support sales by promoting and selling packing materials and other retail items.
Office Operations
  • Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or in-person with a positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Maintain accurate records, process rental agreements, and support general administrative tasks.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations and report any issues or potential impacts to the appropriate team members.
Facility Maintenance & Upkeep
  • Perform regular walk-throughs to ensure the property is clean, safe, and customer-ready at all times.
  • Tackle light maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, lock checks, and assisting vendors as needed.
  • Work comfortably in both indoor office settings and outdoors.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help people.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn internal systems.
  • Ability to work Saturdays (we are closed Sundays).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to take on light physical tasks, including lifting (up to 50 lbs.), climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces when needed.
