These positions are located in the Construction and Facilities Maintenance Office (CFMO), a directorate of the Idaho Army National Guard (IDARNG), functioning within the Idaho Military Division (IMD). The primary purpose of these positions is to serve as design and construction project managers for a variety of facility construction projects, and to prepare and manage capital improvement budget requests for the construction or renovation of facilities, with overall responsibility for assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle. This position serves as the assistant project manager for military construction (MILCON) projects and is responsible for managing non-construction‑funded outfitting requirements (MILCON Trails) throughout project closeout.

(1) Must be a member of the Idaho National Guard. Provide your military grade, job title, MOS/AFSC/AOC and unit of assignment. (This requirement may be waived; include a statement requesting a waiver of this requirement in lieu of the military information).
(2) Must have and maintain a valid and unrestricted state issued driver’s license (from any state). Provide your driver’s license number, issuing state, license expiration date, and the full name specified on the license. (Do not provide a copy of your driver’s license.)
(3) Must have, or be eligible to obtain, and maintain a favorable NACI/T1 Federal Background Investigation. If a selected candidate does not have a current favorable NACI/T1, as a condition of employment he/she must submit to the investigation process immediately upon hire/appointment. (At a minimum, a favorable suitability determination by the State Security Manager or OPM is required prior to appointment into this position.)
(4) Travel is required for training and job performance. Must be willing to travel by all modes of transportation and stay at destinations for short to moderate periods.
Must have 36‑months of experience performing work related to the knowledge requirements below. Submit a paragraph for each knowledge requirement that demonstrates the required experience and describes competence in applying the knowledge. Education and training may be used to offset experience.
