ABM Industries in Texas is seeking a Janitorial Assistant Operations Manager to oversee multiple facilities, manage a team, and maintain strong client relationships from property management to senior executives.

The role includes budget support, vendor oversight, safety training, and payroll tasks. A minimum 3–5 years in management and OSHA 10 are required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and potential incentive programs.

Formación

• 3–5 years of management experience in facilities/janitorial context.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Experience in facility/janitorial preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work in a customer-focused team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain positive customer relations from property management level to senior executives.
• Support budgeting, vendor oversight, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee ABM administration, budgetary, and financial procedures.
• Prepare reports, surveys, and client communications.
• Help develop new business opportunities for ABM.
