Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures and to supervise daily activities at an assigned location. The role involves coordinating tasks, delegating assignments, and guiding staff when the Manager is absent to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong communication, and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management.
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Ensure quality of work and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Train new hires according to onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Check supplies, equipment and chemicals weekly.
• Perform additional service requests as needed.
• Report damaged or non-working features/items.
