  • Lead HSSE activities and compliance efforts, conducting assessments, reporting incidents, and ensuring all team members complete required safety training
  • Manage facility documentation and regulatory reporting to maintain audit readiness and compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements
  • Foster collaborative relationships across internal teams and client stakeholders, proactively identifying emerging needs and developing innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
Required qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement activities to ensure quality and cost‑effectiveness
  • Strong financial acumen with hands‑on experience managing budgets, P&L oversight, and implementing cost optimization programs
  • Solid understanding of building automation systems, energy management practices, and sustainability frameworks
  • Experience using CAFM or similar work order management systems to track service delivery and maintain compliance documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service to senior executives and stakeholders in fast‑paced corporate settings
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience fostering team collaboration and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience managing facilities for corporate clients in professional services, media, or communications industries
  • Knowledge of LEED, WELL, or other sustainability certification standards and green building practices
