Job summary

Uline, at the Pleasant Prairie Distribution Center in Wisconsin, seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams at a large distribution facility. The role emphasizes hands-on inspections, vendor coordination, and managing work orders and audits.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with some evenings and weekends. A high school diploma is required with a bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years of leadership experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed.
• Assist with maintenance work.

Responsibilities
