Job summary

Uline is seeking a Facilities Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will help ensure our buildings are clean and functional, supporting a professional workspace across campus.

Your role includes maintaining building systems, assembling and repositioning modular workstations, installing artwork, and assisting other facilities teams. Strong hands-on skills and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general building maintenance, custodial, construction or carpentry.
• Understanding of PPE and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on drywall patching, painting, doors, locks and restrooms.
• Setup and tear down events.
• Install, reconfigure and repair modular workstations and office setups.
• Install interior artwork.
• Assist other Facilities teams as needed.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on drywall patching, painting, doors, locks and restrooms.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience with hand and power tools.


• Understanding of OSHA required PPE and blood-borne pathogens.


• Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs.
