Job summary

Uline’s Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams on-site.

You’ll supervise daily activities, assign duties across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related trades, inspect for repairs, work with vendors, and maintain records and reports for management review. Evening/weekend on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Assist with maintenance work.
• Available for after-hours and weekend on‑call services as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Set the standard for facilities excellence. As Assistant Facilities Manager at Uline's Pleasant Prairie Distribution Center, you’ll oversee several teams with a hands‑on approach to inspections and maintenance, ensuring the facility is one employees are proud to work in.

Hours

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM with some evenings and weekends.
