Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate's degree is preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred; ability to read blueprints and forecast budgets.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in facilities management.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Manager in daily operations, financial reporting, training and development of employees, and customer service to the maintenance team.
• Help build and develop a motivated, skilled, and productive maintenance team.
• Oversee regular property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and asset management.
