Hyatt is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for an onsite housing opportunity with visa sponsorship in a luxury resort setting. The role leads F&B operations, budgeting, staff development, and guest service excellence across all dining areas.

Open to TN or L1 visa sponsorship, onsite housing may be available. Salary range $68,000–$80,000 with salaried status, plus comprehensive Hyatt benefits and relocation considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury resort or fine-dining F&B management.
• Proven leadership and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of ServSafe or similar certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate F&B operations for high-quality service and profitability.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Coach staff to ensure consistent guest experiences on the floor.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards in dining areas.
• Collaborate with culinary team to maintain luxury menu quality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address service issues promptly.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and help meet financial targets.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement.
• Drive revenue through guest dining enhancements.
• Foster relationships with vendors for quality and timely deliveries.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
