Job summary

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is seeking Part-Time Servers to join our dining team. You will contribute to the daily operation of the restaurant and bar, support catering and special events, and embody the Latitude Margaritaville lifestyle.

You will greet guests, take orders, explain menu items and wine pairings, and ensure a polished dining experience through attentive service, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED preferred.
• Previous serving experience required.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Food Handlers Card.
• Good telephone speaking and listening ability.

Responsibilities

• Set up restaurant for service and maintain table settings.
• Explain chef's specialties and wine pairings.
• Take and deliver orders accurately to bar and kitchen.
• Provide attentive service and resolve guest needs.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety policies.
• Be willing to fill in for absent staff as needed.
