Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of venue or related hospitality experience.
• SERV Safe / Food Handler Certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and profitability of assigned venues within Ontario Convention Center.
• Supervise Front-of-House team during events and ensure service standards are followed.
• Coordinate event setup, service execution, and breakdown for conferences, banquets, and special events.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain labor schedules and inventory control to support event needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
