Job summary

Sage Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for Springhill Suites Denver Downtown and Degree Brewpub. You will lead FOH operations across restaurant, banquets, and breakfast, ensuring superb guest experiences.

Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate events, staffing, and service excellence while maintaining brand standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post high school education.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team with a focus on hospitality.
• Collaborate with managers to oversee restaurant, Banquets & Catering, and Breakfast operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards during events.
