MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward for Excalibur to lead assigned stewarding operations and uphold our guest experience standards. You will supervise staff, support hiring decisions, coach team members, and help manage budgets and inventory.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in stewarding or supervisory admin roles, can work varied shifts including weekends, and have experience managing teams under a CBA.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of experience in stewarding or administrative operations supervision.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Responsabilités

• Supervise assigned operational functions within the department in line with the strategic plan and budgets.
• Supervise the delivery of guest service according to brand standards.
• Supervise staff including hiring recommendations, training, coaching, performance feedback, discipline, and scheduling.
• Provide ideas for new products, services, technology, and processes.
• Inspect equipment and kitchen areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitary procedures.
• Manage inventory and ordering of dinnerware, glassware, and related supplies.
