Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward to support the Executive Steward in managing the stewarding department. You will lead stewarding staff, ensure sanitary food service operations, and uphold Hyatt brand standards across the resort.

Key responsibilities include overseeing dishwashing, equipment maintenance, sanitation compliance, team development, inventory control, and coordination with Culinary and F&B teams to support all meal periods and events.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen operations, or hospitality support.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume resort environment.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate to heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Stewarding Operations Oversight — assist in managing all stewarding functions, including dishwashing and equipment maintenance.
• Sanitation & Safety Compliance — ensure areas meet Hyatt standards and local health regulations.
• Team Leadership & Coaching — support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance development.
• Inventory & Equipment Management — monitor par levels and coordinate repairs/replacements.
• Operational Coordination — collaborate with Culinary, Banquets, and F&B teams for events.
• Administrative Support — assist with scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
