AEKM Compensation range: $70,000-$83,000/year + 10% bonus potential.

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity.

Overview

As an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager, you will help lead our scratch kitchen, producing inspired culinary items paired with our wines. You will partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager to drive operational excellence, growth, and team development to ensure high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead kitchen operations, managing Kitchen Managers and team members
  • Ensure policies, systems, and standards are followed
  • Foster collaboration between kitchen and front of house
  • Represent the brand's values and maintain a positive work environment
  • Manage staffing, training, food quality, inventory, and safety standards
  • Assist with financial and operational results
  • Operate computer systems including POS, scheduling, inventory software, and MS Office
  • Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
  • 2-3 years management experience in a full-service restaurant, scratch kitchen experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English proficiency
  • Financial acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Certifications such as ServSafe and relevant licenses preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
