Hyatt Regency Cleveland invites an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our historic downtown property. The role supports the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing housekeeping, laundry, and public areas, while ensuring safety policies and high guest service standards are met.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience, strong communication, and leadership skills. Join us in a team‑focused, guest‑centric environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
• 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
• Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
• Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, exceptional customer service
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the housekeeping area, including public areas and night cleaning.
• Assist in staff training, development and scheduling.
• Ensure safety and security policies are followed.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, including VIPs and dignitaries.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
