Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations in a historic hotel setting. The role includes public areas and night cleaning, with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, and enforcing policies; reports to Executive Housekeeper. The hotel offers a historic experience in downtown Cleveland with extensive meeting space and guest services.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
• 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of the entire housekeeping area, including public areas and night cleaning.
• Ensure safety and security policies and procedures are followed.
• Staff training, development and scheduling support.
• Promote guest and associate satisfaction and a positive work environment.
