Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a housekeeping supervisor in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves leading room attendants, housepersons, and inspectors to uphold Crescent standards of cleanliness and service. You will hire, train, schedule, and monitor performance while ensuring accurate payroll and efficient operations.

Excellent communication and teamwork are essential. This position requires the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a hotel environment with flexible staffing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee staff of room attendants, housepersons, and inspectors; conduct meetings and inspect work to meet Crescent standards.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems and provide discipline when needed.
• Arrange staff schedules based on occupancy and projects; submit payroll and adjust for included services.
• Maintain and review computerized records for budgeting and forecasting of department expenses and inspection scores.
• Communicate directions clearly to staff, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available to work as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
