Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to work in hotel or related setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate with guests and team members.
• Ability to convey information clearly, orally or in writing.
• Capable of evaluating options quickly and working well under stress.

Responsibilities

• Approach encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance according to Avion Hospitality standards.
• Keep a neat personal appearance and wear the uniform and name tag.
• Follow Avion Hospitality safety and operational standards at all times.
• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and linen for housekeeping carts.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• May perform deep cleaning tasks such as cleaning AC filters or touching up surfaces when needed.
